Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra
Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra does many charitable works in every aspect. As we all know in unity there is strength. We think about our educators, their families, and as well as society’s betterment. In any difficult situation, we tried to help them all. PTAM donated funds for drought, flood as well as organized loans for educators, students, etc.
In the time of the Covid pandemic, we donated funds to needy people. There are many people who lost their job, homes during covid. We tried to help them as much as we could. Our team not only does for teachers but also for our downtrodden society. We delivered food, water to needy people. PTA looked after the health of children of rural and village areas. We provided medicines for children too. Teachers have been affected very badly in this situation. We thought of supporting them financially at this crucial time and organizes loans for them. Not only for covid survivors, but we also organized a little home in the time of flood so that the people who lost their home can stay.
Teacher’s appreciation week
Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra knows the value of teachers. Teachers give their 100% to build a child’s career and future without any appreciation. So we thought to give them a special moment which is created only for them. In may month we celebrate teachers’ appreciation day from 2-8. The week to tell them a Thank You. students give a speech on their favorite teachers. Some give gifts to the teachers. This is how all students show their gratitude to their favorite teachers.
World Teacher’s Day
In the same way, we celebrate World Teacher’s Day too. Students of our organization organize cultural programs for their teachers. The picnic also organizes by them. And this all happens with students’ own funds. These activities of students are very heart whelming.
Awareness event
Professional Teachers association Maharashtra does organize awareness programs for their educators. Our educators need to be aware of all new study rules, syllabus, any problems of students, etc. We do aware our educators of these topics and discuss problems that tutors are facing and also guide them.
Support our members financially
In this covid situation, everyone is having financial problems. Especially the tutors of coaching classes as all coaching classes were stopped due to this pandemic. But we understand their situation very well. Our main objective is to give a healthy and secure life to the tutors of coaching centers. So, Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra has launched many financial schemes like institutional loans, personal loans, etc.
Protests against cruel acts
In Maharashtra, a very cruel act was regulated named the coaching classes regulation act. The act was regulated in 2018. Our tutors were not supporting the act. So we protested against this act. PTAM tried very hard to non regulate this activity. This act would have been harmful to all coaching centers. Our protest was so loud that we achieved success. Thankfully our coaching centers and teachers were not so affected by the act.
Donation fund
Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra thinks for the society too. We know, in a good society a good student can grow up. Our NGO donates for fighting against natural calamity. Natural calamity is a thing that we can not stop. But huge losses happen for this. For recovering some losses we donated funds as much as we could. When there was a flood situation in Maharashtra we donated for them. As well as we donated for drought. PTAM wants to support society this way, and will always support in every tough situation.
Workshop for tutors
In 2022, a new educational policy is going to launch. Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra will organize workshops for letting know the tutors about the new policy. We will help them to reduce their query. If regarding any issues, teachers will face a problem we are bound to solve that. Our workshop will be organized about these topics.
Loan for study
Professional Teachers Association Maharashtra thinks money should not be a barrier to deserving students. But there are many students who stopped dreaming because of their financial condition. We understand their situation. So PTAM arranges loans for students. And the most attractive part is we give loans with 0% EMI for not putting parents and students in trouble. Students who belong to our organization will get loans. This will make their way to higher studies easier. And students will not be stopped.
Study for NEET, JEE
In Maharashtra NEET, JEE students are not getting help from the Maharashtra government. The syllabus which is provided by the government matches only 25%. All students are scoring for coaching classes. They can take preparation with the help of our organization. For studying in the coaching center they are scoring brilliant marks.
